I have a studio flat that has a spacious balcony on the first floor. I do have a communal garden bath toilet kitchen all works perfectly fine. My reason for moving is more personal reasons for mental health sake and safety. I have tried multiple times to contact my council with no effect I just need to move and I’m hoping someone sees this who would love to downsize to a studio and I pray will soon reach out to me.
