I have a 1 bedroom bungalow in a row of 10.

Own gates patio area and a communal garden that all have own spaces directly for each bungalow. It is a secure garden for bungalow tenants usage only.

I have a disabled wetroom with wall units installed by my brother in law.

I have also had a new kitchen installed by my brother in law.

Decorated throughout and changed council doors for oak ladder doors.

There is a open front garden with parking and on street parking.

Within a 5 minute walk to Eltham High Street.

Bus and train links to anywhere in all direct. The green chain walk is directly aat the side of the bunga leading to farmland, Avery Hill Park etc.
