Farmers fields and lovely country walks on the doorstep. None council estate, not many down here are council now as all got bought. We absolutely love this house and area and waited 15 yrs on the list for it but we need family support in cornwall, we have a 106 connection to Newquay and Cornwall as a whole. We will consider bridlington , Scarborough, any North Yorkshire coastal house too. We do not really require an adapted house but we are eligible for one. You must have someone in your family who has a physical disability to live here which means you need a downstairs wetroom and bedroom, the Council will need proof and will not accept anything other than this. We are wanting a 4 bed but will take a 3 bed if there is a seperate room to use as a 4 bed or a loft. I might consider a 5 too.
