I have a well-maintained 3 bedroom flat in a very good, quiet area where we have lived for over 25 years. The property has a private side drive for parking available to residents, which is very convenient.
The flat is spacious and has been a long-term family home, close to local amenities, shops and transport links.
However, the property is on the third floor with no lift access. Due to mobility issues and being on PIP, I am no longer able to manage the stairs without assistance, which has had a significant impact on daily life.
I am looking to downsize to a 2 bedroom property on the ground floor (or with lift access) to better suit my needs.
