Upstairs are good sized two double bedrooms, the smaller of which has a built in cupboard. There’s also a large airing cupboard that houses the boiler and family bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower. There’s also a large attic space.
Downstairs is a good sized living room with attached ‘parlour’ room. I use this room as my dressing room/tumble drier room, but there’s also a sofa bed (double), so it’s a versatile space. The previous tenant also used it as third bedroom, but it could also be used as a dining room, play room or study.
A good sized kitchen (can easily fit a four seater round table).
There is also downstairs WC.
Large front and rear gardens with a wraparound path to the side of the property which is gated for separation. Front and rear gardens have four foot walls and both are gated. There’s also a large brick built shed attached to the front of the property.
No off street parking, but the house is on no through road, so parking is never an issue. I often have three or more cars parked outside when family come to visit.
It is an estate location, but it’s remarkably quiet, rarely any noise after 9pm, but there is an old fashioned community spirit and I have found people to be helpful and friendly.
Very easy access into Pembroke Town and there are regular local buses to Tenby or H’West. Also beach access is less than a couple of minutes drive or a 15 minutes walk.
Primary school, high school and local shop within easy walking distance. There’s plenty of shopping close by with retail parks having shops including Tesco, Aldi, Home Bargains, Farm Foods and KFC!
I have not done much in way of decorating just white washed for a blank canvas - so an open mind will be needed!
I need a two bed bungalow or ground floor flat. **PLEASE NOTE** Ground floor flat ONLY and it must have own front entrance and private enclosed garden with direct access. I have elderly dogs and I struggle with stairs.
I need to go EAST (ish). I’m just trying to get closer to my daughter and granddaughter in Swansea. I’ll happily look at any area within a maximum 40 minute drive from Pontarddulais.
I know it may look like I’m being fussy, but I really need to make this my last move.
