We have a nice size bungalow, large back garden, good size front and side.
The lounge is south facing as is one of the bedrooms, during winter when the sun gets low it warms both rooms up nicely and often have the windows open on sunny days which Aberporth tends to get more than is usual for the Ceredigion coastal area.
Kitchen is a good size as is the 2cd bedroom which has a king size bed in it and plenty of room for wardrobes etc.
The bathroom/toilet is a wet room so no bath though one can be put in if needed/preferred.
Beach, coastal path shops including pharmacy a few minutes walk away.
Looking for North somerset, houses will be considered in the right areas also willing to consider a 1 bedroom bungalow, no flats.
