I have a spacious and new 1 bedroom 2nd (top) floor flat on the North East outskirts of Crawley. Very desirable area, some aircraft noise, but only with the windows open, and you get used to it. Amazing transport links, with a bus stop 1 minute walk away, a major train station within walking distance, and Gatwick a 5 minute bus journey away. 30 minutes from London Bridge and Brighton. There is a primary school across the road, and Secondary schools nearby. There is a lot of green space, playareas, parks, and woodland, all on my doorstep. Very well insulated, I hardly put the heating on at all. Excellent water pressure and boiler. Young families either side who are respectful and rarely heard. I'd like to move to be near my family. I'll consider any type of property.
