We are very close to the train station with Sainsburys Waitrose and Budgens all in walking distance with a regular daily bus route
There is a Gym and café along the Broadway where there's a nail bar and plenty of places to eat and have a nice drink
The town is very large with shops like Iceland's M&S and Poundland
Our flat is on first floor we are above Majestic Wines
The flat is a new build only 2 years old it has CCTV through out the building ( not inside the flat)
Secure intercom system where you can see who is at the main entrance
There is a lift and the whole building is cleaned daily there is 5 flats on my floor all neighbours are nice and very quiet as most of them work
The flat is open plan with modern kitchen with a integrated cooker and Fridge Freezer both the Bedroom window and lounge windows have blinds
There is a pure air system installed which is pennies to run and the filters are replaced every month
The flat is luminant style flooring and the bedroom has a light grey carpet
There is a balcony which is a sun trap with room for pot plants and a table and chairs
There is a cupboard for washing machine but no space for a dryer we also have fire alarms and sprinklers throughout plus we have a air system where the stale air is drawn in then sent back out clean
We do have parking space with a permit you would have to apply for a permit
sadly no pets are allowed
