Hi I’m looking for a 2 bed house with garden in the wyre & fylde area (not Blackpool) poulton, wrea green, great eccleston, wesham, Elswick areas close around there. (Rural areas are fine but has to be located near where iv stated. Is anyone looking for a
association exchange house or bungalow NO FLATS OR MAISONETTES ONLY WANTING A HOUSE that accepts a dog )but open to other close by areas I am wanting to move to help out with my elderly parents and I have disabilities myself so this is my reason for moving. My house is in PR4 on a col de sac and has had a lot of money spent upgrading inside and outside including a summerhouse with electricity, I have had a installed, a brick bbq installed, very low maintenance garden, as artificial grass in the rear and the front & has paving and green slate laid just to cover a patch of grass, I also had double gates and a single iron gate on front of house as outside was never quite finished looking the housing just put bars at the side randomly so I chose to complete it. 2/3 car driveway. ridged luxury Vinyl floor fitted all through downstairs & a kitchen updated also. 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, downstairs wc and pantry for washing machine ect. The kitchen is a very good size and leads out to garden.

(You can be with any housing association to do an exchange that isn’t a problem as long as you have been with your housing association a year and are not in any arrears) I have been in my home 7yrs and would not move if not for wanting to be close to parents in their later years.
