I live in a studio flat , 2 people can live comfortably here.
Separate kitchen, wet/bathroom. Workable as disabled shower with a seat inside.

In a 50+ building with security pullies. Nice little community. Very large community lovely garden. Especially lovely to sit in, in the summer!!

10 minute walk to town city, 10 minutes walk to Bromley South station, 25 min to London.

Would like 1/2 bedroom ground floor flat or if there is a lift im fine. Or bungalow.

Family live in Chichester so would love Chichester or surrounding area.
