I currently live in a one-bedroom senior bungalow in Nelson Close, Topsham (Exeter). Topsham is a beautiful and historic riverside town on the River Exe, with scenic estuary views and riverside walks close by.

Nelson Close is a quiet and friendly residential street with good neighbours and a calm environment, well suited to independent living. The local library is just yards away, and the property is approximately two minutes’ walk from the town centre.

The bungalow is very well located for transport, with 2–3 minutes’ walk to bus stops providing regular services to Exeter and the seaside town of Exmouth, and 4–5 minutes to the local railway station, offering direct connections to Exeter St David’s.

I am seeking a one-bedroom property in Brighton & Hove, ideally a bungalow or a ground-floor flat, in order to be closer to family. I am open to suitable alternatives within this criteria.
