We have a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a porch (no front garden), we have street parking at the side or back of the house and there is always room. There is a hall way upstairs and downstairs, the upstairs has a banister you can hang towels on if wanted. It has a good size back garden (we are in the process of putting down new grass), good size living room no separate dining room and large kitchen which can fit a table and chairs in comfortably. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom which comes in handy if someone is in the shower or the bath, the bath has a shower over it. There is one big bedroom the master bedroom which fits a super king size bed and other furniture, we have two smaller bedrooms which both fit double beds and other furniture they are 5ft 4 wide and 10ft 9 long. There is one local church St Barnabas and primary school St Barnabas C of E and Nursery on the next street (Collin Street) and Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School (off Fox Street) on the next estate, Evelyn Street School and Nursery is not too far from Lidl and there are takeaways close by. St Gregory's High School is a short walk away. We are close to Lidl and a small Morrisons as well as a KFC and a private nursery and about a 10/15 minute walk to town, there is an Aldi and Iceland on the way to the town centre. The closest train station is Bank Quay about a 10 minute walk away where you can get the train to most cities within 30 minutes and Central Station is in the town centre, we are a short walk away from Warrington Hospital and Sankey Valley Park. We live in a safe quiet area. We are accessible to Winwick Road to get you to Manchester and Liverpool by the motorway. We have the famous IKEA in our town and a Primark.
